Something we’ve been enjoying for Lockdown breakfasts, a (Swiss) recipe to try at home… Bircher Muesli!
Overnight soak a portion of porridge oats with stewed or grated apple/ or other fruit, chopped nuts, flax seeds, cinnamon & milk of choice, stir and make sure its quite sloppy, pop in the fridge and enjoy for breakfast. You can add extra fruit and seeds in the morning.
It’s a good filler-upper with the bonus of being nice and healthy. It can be heated up to make a delicious warm porridge alternative too, yum!
