Try at home: Beech Leaf Chocolate Biscuits


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp milk/water
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

  1. Mix together sugar, milk/water, coconut oil & vanilla.
  2. Mix in the flour, cocoa powder & baking powder.
  3. Shape into balls & squash between 2 beech leaves.
  4. Lightly grease a pan & fry the biscuits.
