Try at home: Beech Leaf Chocolate Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp milk/water
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
- Mix together sugar, milk/water, coconut oil & vanilla.
- Mix in the flour, cocoa powder & baking powder.
- Shape into balls & squash between 2 beech leaves.
- Lightly grease a pan & fry the biscuits.
